The Cow Skull Giant is a humanoid Monster kept in the Facility. It was not listed on the whiteboard nor was it seen during the System Purge.
Physical Description and Attributes[]
As its name implies, the Cow Skull Giant is a very large humanoid creature that has a cow skull for a head. In addition it is seen wearing a long black robe. Its arms are almost the same length of its body and its hands are bony, and both have three slender, and sharp-looking fingers. It bears a similar appearance to the Bullhead Phantom, but it is unknown if the two Monsters are related, since little to no lore exists for either of them.
The cow skull, similarly to the one it wears on its head, is presumably what summons it from the Cabin's cellar.
Appearances[]
The Cow Skull Giant is not seen during the film. It is only seen as a finished monster suit in the behind the scenes video An Army of Nightmares. Its possible there may have been plans for the Cow Skull Giant to make some sort of appearance in the film, but they were either scratched or there was no time.
Inspiration[]
It is similar to the phantoms in Time Bandits along with the way Wendigos from folklore (which are themselves featured in many horror films) are usually portrayed in modern media.
