Dolls

The Dolls are one of the monsters seen on the whiteboard. They are bet on by the Kitchen Staff .

The Dolls are seen on the second wave of monsters exiting the elevator during the Purge, showing a close up camera view of them. They can also be seen in a camera view angle binding and tape gagging Facility workers together and dousing them in gasoline before setting them on fire.

Physical Description & Attributes

Depicted as humanoid figures wearing dolls' masks and black clothing, they resemble a family with an older woman in a corporate suit, an older man in a business suit, and two young looking individuals: A blonde pigtailed girl in a black dress and a hooded boy. They are depicted as a group of cruel and sadistic killers, keen to torture by fire. They do not appear to be supernatural in appearance and nature, but rather appear to be normal human killers, murdering people for no apparent reason. 

They are supposedly summoned by tampering with or picking up a white doll mask in the basement.

Inspiration

Most likely a reference to the antagonists of The Strangers.

Trivia

• The Dolls may actually be (alongside the Clowns) in the facility to be portrayed by humans. But there is a slight possibility that they are just in a humanoid form.
