The overall description of the Fire-Mouthed Woman is unknown as she is not portrayed in the film. However, she was described in the novel as a "woman with fire dripping from her mouth and nose." She was also described as being one of the 'unblooded' Monsters. She was only seen in the novel's System Purge sequence.
It is unknown what item from the Cabin's cellar would summon the Fire-Mouthed Woman.
Its possible that the Fire-Mouthed Woman was replaced by the Jack-O'Lantern, since he was the only Monster that appeared in the film with the ability to breathe fire. However, this is just speculation.

It is unknown if the Fire-Mouthed Woman has a direct inspiration, however humans and creatures that spit/breathe are not uncommon appearances, so this could be where this Monster got her reference from.
