Physical Description and Attributes

As his name implies, the Man with Steaming Pipes in his Chest is described as a half-naked man with twisted steaming pipes protruding from his body (mostly his chest) and flames in his eyes. He was most certainly released during the System Purge.

Inspiration

While it is unknown what inspired this monster, it does bear a slight resemblance to the creepypasta character Mr. Welldone who also has pipes and metal coming from his chest and back.
