The Thing is a complex creature. It appears to have the body of a normal-looking human. However, it has an extra arm on its right side. In fact, upon closer examination, all of the Thing's arms appear to be mutated for some reason, being much lengthier than an average human's. They also look to be made of plastic, including its torso. The Thing's most notable feature is its head. The Thing has not one but two faces, which appear to be conjoined or melted together. Both of the faces look like human women, but the Thing does not have a gender as it is not humanoid.
In the Universal attraction, the Thing is seen inside what looks to be a Cube Prison or a small room of some sort. It looks like it is either coming through a hole in the ground, or the base of its body is a mass of other human parts. Either way, both itself and its surroundings are splattered with blood.
It has nothing to do with the film in any way except the Universal attraction.
Inspiration.[]
The inspiration for the Thing is from John Carpenter's movie "The Thing" from 1982 starring Kurt Russel. The movie is about a bunch of researchers in the antarctis, who are attacked by a shapeshifting alien, which can consume and imitate any living lifeform. The movie is nowadays praised to be one of the best science fiction and horror movies ever made.
